Empowerment through unity: Celebrating Hispanic Heritage

As part of Advantage Solutions’ commitment to fostering belonging and amplifying employee impact, I partnered with the HOLA Employee Resource Group to lead the creative development of the "Poder Together" campaign—an internal initiative celebrating Hispanic and Latine employees. I worked closely with HOLA to shape a culturally resonant theme and visual identity that honored the richness of Hispanic heritage while aligning with the corporate brand. The resulting campaign featured vibrant, inclusive creative assets used across internal communications, digital signage, and employee engagement events, reinforcing a sense of pride and community within the organization.
